Gur ke Bhature
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour ( 1kg)
Gur( Jaggery) 800gm
Sesame seeds
Fennel seeds
Water
Direction:
Boil 2 cups of water and add Fennel seeds and jaggery in it. and make a jaggery syrup to knead the dough.
with the lukewarm Jaggery syrup knead the soft dough.
let it rest for 3-4 hours.
take a lemon size ball and press some sesame seeds over it start rolling a poori of thickness 1-2 inch
Deep fry it in hot oil and cook till golden brown in color.
Eat hot or cold with Aam ka Achar(pickle) or enjoy with hot tea.
