Methi Bitterness
To reduce the bitterness of methi leaves, first mix them with some salt and keep aside for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinse under running water. This helps to draw out all the bitter juices.

Perfect whipped cream
For the perfect whipped cream, place chilled unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl. Whip using a beater till it gets doubles in volume and thickens enough. Test it whether the cream has reached the right consistency, try spooning it. It should not drop off easily. To add sweetness to your cream, add sugar before start beating the cream. Try using (only powdered or icing sugar.)

Thick & Creamy curd
To get thick and creamy curd always add good quality curd sample to lukewarm milk (First boil the milk and then let it cool to lukewarm). It will set up in 4-5 hours depending upon weather. In winter place the container in oven and after 4 hours your curd is all set (thick and creamy).

Gravy/Curry Color
To achieve the color of turmeric in your dish, avoid putting red chilli (add green chilli instead). This will not make your curry mud color.
