Pav bhaji Masala (HomeMade)
Shelf life : 6 months yields: 150 gms
Ingredients:
Dhania (Coriander seeds) 7-8 tbsp Jeera (Cumin seed) 2 tbsp Saunf (fennel seeds) 2 tbsp Whole Red Chilli 15-20 Black salt1 tbsp Haldi (Turmeric powder) 1 tbsp Ajwain( carrom seeds) 1 tsp Badi Eliachi 7-8 tbsp Dalcheeni ( cinnamon) 1 inch (4 pieces) Laung( cloves) 4-5 Kali Mirch powder ( Black Pepper) 1 tsp Saunth ( Dry Ginger Powder) 1 tbsp Amchoor ( Dry Mango Powder) 1.5 tbsp
Direction:
Dry roast all whole spice on a low falme for 2 minutes. Let them cool. And then combine it with all spice and grind it in a mixer . if require sieve it and again grind the coarse spices . Masala is ready..
