Aam ki Khati Mithi Chutney

Ingredients:

Raw mangoes 4-5 Jaggery ½ kg

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper Powder 1 tsp

Cloves 7-8 Red Chili powder 2 Tsp

Direction:

Peel the raw mangoes and grate them. Crush the jaggery and give 2-3 whistles in pressure cooker after adding and mixing well all the ingredients into it. Let it cool down and give a nice stir to it. Enjoy it with chapatti, Paranthas, as bread spread .Cool and store in glass jar in fridge.
