Baked Buns

Ingredients: 2 cups All Purpose Flour 1 cup Warm Water 1 tbps active dry Yeast 1 tbps salt 1 tbps sugar 4 tbsp Oil Dried seasoning- Basil, olives Sesame seeds

Direction:

1.Mix sugar in warm water and then add yeast ...let it stand for about 10 mins.

2.When you see the yeast mixture bubbling up add it to mixture of flour salt / seasonings and 3 tbps oil. Then knead together until you get a smooth, slightly sticky dough. 3. Apply oil to your palm and knead until the dough well on a flour dusted platform. 3. Wrap with cling film and allow to prove by keeping in a warm place till double. 4. Grease a baking pan with oil or layer with butter paper. 5. Knock down the air in the dough and divide the dough into medium size balls of equal portions. 6. place these balls in a line in the baking tray . Keep some space in between each dough ball. 7. Cover and keep aside n allow the pavs to rise for another 30 minutes .Once risen they are ready to bake. 8. In the mean time preheat the oven to 200°C (I use an OTG) 9. Brush the pav with some milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and bake for about 30 mins until the top is golden brown. 10. Brush with butter when hot and enjoy
