Bread Seekh Kebabs

Ingredients:

Bread Slices 4-5

Potato 2 Boiled

Onion 1 Chopped

Fresh Coriander ½ Cup

Fresh Mint ½ Cup

Coriander Powder 1 tsp

Cumin Powder 1 tsp

Red Chili to taste

Salt to taste

Amchur Powder (Optional) ½ tsp

Oil to fry

Direction:

  1. In a bowl mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients.

  2. Take a bread slice remove all its sides and flatten it with rolling pin.

  3. Dip it in little bit of water and Press it gently and fill it with stuffing and fold its sides.

  4. Then coat it with crumbs and keep refrigerate for half and hour.

  5. Insert Seekh ( Skewer) into it and Make it on Sandwich grill

  6. Deep fry it till golden color is achieved.

• To make it look presentable you can insert skewer into it. & dress it with Lettuce leaves, Onion rings.
