Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

All purpose flour 2 cups​

Sugar 2 tbsp

Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp

Baking Soda 1 tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Butter milk 2 cups​

Milk 1/4 cup​

Eggs 2 Large

Butter ½ cup (melted at room temp.)

Direction:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter.

  2. Heat a greased frying pan over medium flame.

  3. Combine both the mixtures and blend well. Keep on Stirring until it blends together but don’t over stir! Pour the batter on the pan, about 1/2 cup for each pancake. Golden Brown on both sides and serve hot.

  4. Dust it with sugar powder and top with berry or chocolate.

Note: Keep the two mixtures separate until you are ready to cook.
