Ingredients:
Grated Cheese 1/2 Cup Carrot- 2 tbsp julienne Green capsicum finely chopped Sweet corn- 2 tbsp boiled (I have used canned) Mayonnaise Tomato Ketchup Bread slices- 4 Butter Salt to taste (can avoid if butter is salted) Black pepper to taste
Direction:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (Except mayonnaise and ketchup) Mix mayonnaise and tomato ketchup in another bowl. Apply mayonnaise mix on bread slice and add stuffing and place second slice over it and bake it in a pan by greasing with butter on a low flame till golden brown and crisp. Serve with tomato ketchup.
