Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients:-

Wheat Flour 1 ½ Cup Powdered sugar 1 Cup Curd ½ cup Oil ½ Cup Baking soda ½ tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Cocoa powder 2 tsp Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

Direction:-

1. Take a kadhai and put some salt at the bottom. Now place a aluminum ring inside (the one that we use in kitchen to keep hot vessels).

2. Cover the kadhai with a lid and keep it in medium flame for 15-20 min for preheating purpose.

3. Take curd in a bowl & whisk it well with spoon to make it lump free. Add oil & sugar in this and mix well. In this Bowl sieve flour, baking soda; baking powder now mix all the ingredients very well. Add little bit of water to make a smooth batter. Keep adding water to make cake batter like consistency then add vanilla essence.

4. Take half of this batter in a separate bowl & add cocoa powder to one of the bowl & mix well. Add a little bit of water to adjust the consistency.

5. Grease the bundt Cake pan and then dust it with flour.

6. Pour 2 spoons of chocolate batter and then two spoons of normal batter n repeat the process till both the batters are finished. With the help of tooth pick make design like drag it towards the centre of the cake & keep forming such lines in the entire cake. And at the end just make a circle using the same toothpick inside the batter.

7. Place the container in the pre heated kadhai & cover the lid again. Let it bake inside the kadhai for 20min at medium flame & then cook on lower the flame for further 10-15min. prick the cake at the centre with the tooth pick to check whether it’s completely cooked or not. If the tooth pick comes out clean your cake is ready, If not cook it more till it’s done.

8. Take the container out of the kadhai & let it cool. Run a knife along the sides of the container after it has cooled down and invert it on a plate.
