Ingredients:
All Purpose flour 1 cup Sugar 1 cup(powdered) Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup Oil 5 tbsp Baking Powder ¼ Tsp Baking Soda ½ Tsp Cocoa Powder 5 Tbsp Coffee Powder 1 Tsp Salt A Pinch
For Ganache: Fresh cream 1 ½ Cup Dark chocolate 2 Cups (roughly chopped)
Direction:
1. Preheat over at 400°F
2. Mix coffee powder and warm water in a small bowl.
3. Mix this coffee with yogurt and oil.
4. Sieve the plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Then add the yogurt mixture and water and fold gently.
5. Pour the batter into a greased bake pan. And bake it for 40 minutes. Keep aside to cool completely.
6. Take out the cake on a flat surface and cut into two equal from center.
7. Grease with sugar syrup on the inner side of both the cake halves.
8. Spread little chocolate ganache on the lower half evenly.
9. Top the other half and pour remaining ganache evenly and cover the sides of cake.
Ganache
Heat the fresh cream in a non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, stir occasionally. Switch off the flame; add chocolate and mix well till it get smooth. Let it cool.
