Ingredients: For Serving: 12
All Purpose Flour 1 ½ Cups
Sugar 1 Cup
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Sour Buttermilk 1 ½ Cup
Cocoa Powder ¼ Cup
Oil ½ Cup
Direction:
1. In a large bowl, Sieve together all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder.
2. In an another bowl mix together vanilla essence, oil and buttermilk well.
3. Beat all together well so that there is no lumps .
4. Place mufffin cup with paper baking cups and fill it half or ¾.
5. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Check it with toothpick. If on inserting in the center of a cupcake it comes out clean it is done.
8. Let it cool completely before decorating.
