
Ingredients
Preparation time : 10 minutes Cook Time : 25 Minutes yield: 10 Cookies
Unsalted softened butter ½ Stick Granulated sugar 3 Tbsp Plain All purpose flour 1 Cup Christmas sprinkles to decorate Icing (glaze – Red, white and Green) Optional
For Glaze:
confectioners' sugar 1/4 cup
milk 2 tsp Place the sugar in a medium bowl and slowly stir in the milk and vanilla, a little at a time, to make a smooth, pourable glaze.
Direction:
1. Preheat oven at 300°F.
2. To make butter soften whisk it thoroughly in a bowl and beat in the sugar then fold in the flour and then knead it to make it smooth.
3. Dust the surface with flour and start rolling the dough. Don’t flat it too thin
4. Using your choice of cutter start cutting the cookies (I have used Gingerbread cutter). Spread sprinkle over it.
5. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes; cool.
6. (If you have glazing then coats it with glace icing. Let it become dry before serving.
To make glaze
Just combine the glaze ingredients in a bowl , stir slowly and add make smooth , pourable glaze and add colors.
