Ingredients:
Flour 2 Cup
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Butter ¼ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Banana 1 (Large) mashed
Butter milk 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Direction:
Sift Flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Add softened butter, sugar, mashed banana and mix it well for 2 minutes.
Mix buttermilk with vanilla extract and pour this mix and banana-butter mix to flour and incorporate it well.
Preheat oven at 400°F .
Pour half of the mixture into loaf pan of size 8 ½” X4 ½ “ and then sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar mix then pour rest of the mixture and cinnamon mix on top and a layer of crushed walnuts.
Bake it for about 30 minutes and check it with toothpick. If it comes out clean your bread is ready
