Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

Coconut 1 cup (grated/ shredded)

Channa Dal 1 Tbsp (Roasted)

Cumin seed ½ tsp

Rai ½ tsp

Garlic Cloves 4

Curry Leaves 6-7

Green Chili 2

Coriander leaves 8-10 string

Oil 1 tsp

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in a pan & splutter fenugreek seeds in it.

  2. Add cloves along with curry leaves and green chilies. Sauté for a minute. Switch off gas. Let it cool down.

  3. In a mixer add coconut, Channa dal, coriander leaves, salt and sauté cloves. Grind to make chutney. Tamper with rai in a tsp of oil.
