Corn Muffin

Ingredients: ⅔ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup yellow cornmeal 4 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 egg ¼ cup milk

½ Cup Fresh Blueberries

2 tbsp Granulated sugar

Direction: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, berries and salt in a medium size bowl. 3.Add oil, egg, and milk. Stir until lumps are gone. 4.Pour into a greased muffin pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Sprinkle granulated sugar on hot muffins.
