Hung Curd Pops

Ingredients:
1 cup hung curd 1/2 cup finely chopped bellpeppers 1 small onion finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 tsp ginger paste 5 tbsp rice flour Oil for frying

Direction:: In a mixing bowl take hung curd, bell peppers and onion. Add all the spices and ginger paste and 3 tbsp of rice flour. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into balls (pops) / small discs / cylinder (Your choice). Roll it in rice flour and deep fry. Serve with masala Yogurt or dip of your choice.
