Ingredients to make Dal Tikki with leftover Dal

  • Leftover Dal. 1+ 1/2 cup

  • Rava. 1/2 cup

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Fresh Coriander

  • Green Chilli

  • Salt to taste

  • Red Chilli to taste

  • Breadcrumb

Direction:

Dry roast Rava.

In a wok add oil, cumin seeds, add onions and saute for 2 minutes. add green chili, salt, red chilli. Add Dal and then Rava .Cook until water get absorbed. and it becomes dry. let it cool for 15-20 minutes.


Now make tikkis.


Shallow fry it.


Serve with tamarind or mint chutney
