Pepper Corn Shots

INGREDIENTS:

Corn 3 Cups (for 6 servings)

Corn Flour 4 Tbsp

All-purpose flour 4 Tbsp

Rice Flour 6 Tbsp

Salt to Taste

Green Bell Pepper 4 Tbsp (Chopped)

Onion 4 Tbsp(chopped)

Garlic Cloves 4-5 Chopped

Spring Onion 2 chopped

Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp

Red Chili Flakes 2 Tsp

​Direction:

  1. In a Large Bowl mix Corn, Corn flour, all purpose flour, Rice flour and salt together and then fry it till golden in color. Take it out and keep aside.

  2. In another pan take 2 tsp of oil, add garlic, onion, spring onions, bell pepper sauté for 2 minutes and all the sauces along with.

  3. Toss with Fried Corn and serve hot immediately after garnishing with spring onions.
