Ingredients:
Bread Slices 3-4
Semolina 1 tbsp
Onion 1 tbsp( chopped)
Red chilli 1tsp
Fresh Coriander 1 tbsp
Direction:
Mix together half a cup of fresh yogurt with half a cup of semolina (Sooji), some chopped onions, coriander leaves and red chili powder, salt and spread this on bread.
Bake in pan from both sides using butter till golden brown.
Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise dip.
