Spring Rolls From Leftover Sabji

Ingredients to make Spring rolls from leftover cabbage sabji

Filling Leftover Cabbage sabji

For wrappers All Purpose Flour 1 cup Sooji. 2 tbsp Cornstarch 3 tbsp Water. 2 cups or less

Direction:

1. FOR WRAPPER TAKE FLOUR, SOOJI, CORNSTARCH AND WATER. MIX WELL.

2. PREPARE BATTER OF THIN CONSISTENCY. 3. SPREAD ON NONSTICK PAN LIKE DOSA BATTER. AND COOK FROM ONE SIDE ONLY. 4. TAKE LEFTOVER SABJI. 5. START FILLING. 6. START ROLLING. AND SEAL THE ENDS WITH CORNFLOUR LIQUID. 7. DEEP FRYING ROLLS. 8. HERE COMES SPRING ROLLS . SERVE HOT WITH TAMARIND CHUTNEY.
