Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
Tomatoes 4 large (Chopped)
Onions 2 sliced
Garlic cloves 3-4
Red chilli 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper ½ tsp
Red wine Vinegar 1 tsp
Direction:
Take a heavy bottom saucepan and add all the ingredients into it and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Cook on low flame about half an hour and bring it to boil to make it change color and get thickened. Place in a glass container. Will keep for 6 weeks.
