Vanilla Eggless Cupcakes

Ingredients: For Serving: 12

All Purpose Flour 1 ½ Cups

Sugar 1 Cup

Baking powder 1 Tsp

Sour Buttermilk 1 ½ Cup

Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Oil ½ Cup

ICING:

Powdered sugar 2 Cup

Softened butter 1/3 Cup

Color(Optional) or of your Choice

Direction:

  1. In a large bowl, Sieve together all purpose flour, baking powder and sugar.

  2. In an another bowl mix together vanilla essence, oil and buttermilk well.

  3. Beat all thogether well so that thers is no lumps .

  4. Place mufffin cup with paper baking cups and fill it half or ¾.

  5. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

  7. Check it with toothpick. If on inserting in the centre of a cupcake it comes out clean it is done.

  8. Let it cool completely before decorating.

Icing Preparation:

In a bowl, beat the butter and add powdered sugar slowly. Add 1-2 drops of vanilla essence and milk. Beat it for about 5 mins. It will give smooth icing.
