Vanilla Fruit Tart

Ingredients:

  • Almonds 10-12 ( sliced)

  • NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups)

  • Butter 5 tbsp (melted at room temperature)

  • Vanilla instant pudding mix 1 pckt.

  • Cold milk 1 Cup (full fat)

  • Whipped Cream 1 Cup

  • Mix fresh fruit (all Berries, grapes, Mango, sliced kiwi)

Direction:

  1. Ina bowl take crumbled wafers and butter.Chopped nuts.

  2. Press it onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan.

  3. Beat pudding mix. Add milk and whisk for 2 minutes.

  4. Blend in the Cool Whip.Scoop out into crust.

  5. Refrigerate for until it is firm.

  6. Top with fruits or reserved nuts just before serving.
