Ingredients:
Refined flour 4 cups
Oil 1 tablespoon
Butter 4 tablespoons
Direction:
Sift the flour, Baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add yogurt, sugar and sufficient water to Knead the soft dough. Apply a little oil and knead it further.
Cover it with the wet cloth for one hour. Knead the dough once again and divide the dough into eight equal portions.
Flatten the dough and roll gently into a triangular shape.
Heat a pressure cooker. Apply water on one side of the naan, gently stick the wet side to the inner wall of the pressure cooker. Take care to apply enough water while sticking the naan,. Place the cooker over the flame upside down so that the open end is towards the flame.
Cook on high heat for two to three minutes then reduce the heat and cook for two to three minutes more. Straighten the cooker and gently remove the naan, from the cooker wall. Brush the hot naan, with butter and serve hot.
