Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks 5-6
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Deggi Mirch ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tsp
Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger ¾ Tbsp
Garlic ¾ Tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp (Optional)
Lime Juice 1 tbsp
Direction:
Make butter milk from yogurt by adding ½ cup water and salt. Soak drumsticks for tenderization for about 1-3 hour.
Now marinate by adding corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, tikka masala and red chili.
Shape it like lollipop by making a cut at end start folding towards skin.
Grill in oven or fry it.
In a pan take oil, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it. Add chopped onions & cook it till transparent.
Add red chili sauce, vinegar and soy sauce, sugar and water. Stir to prevent burning.
Add grilled or fried drumsticks.
Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves.
