Chicken Drumstick Lollipops

Ingredients:

Chicken Drumsticks 5-6

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Deggi Mirch ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 2 Tsp​

Yogurt 3-4 tbsp

Onion 1 (Chopped)​

Ginger ¾ Tbsp

​Garlic ¾ Tbsp

​Vinegar 1 tsp

Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Corn flour 3 tbsp (Optional)

Lime Juice 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Make butter milk from yogurt by adding ½ cup water and salt. Soak drumsticks for tenderization for about 1-3 hour.

  2. Now marinate by adding corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, tikka masala and red chili.

  3. Shape it like lollipop by making a cut at end start folding towards skin.

  4. Grill in oven or fry it.

  5. In a pan take oil, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it. Add chopped onions & cook it till transparent.

  6. Add red chili sauce, vinegar and soy sauce, sugar and water. Stir to prevent burning.

  7. Add grilled or fried drumsticks.

  8. Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves.
