Chilli Fish

Chilly Fish is a dish which demands no explanations, it's a whole world of flavor in itself. It is a very simple and easy recipe to prepare. Chilly Fish, a mouth-watering delicacy which no one can resist. You can try this amazing dish at home with the same taste as you find in restaurants.


  • Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Serves: 3 People

Ingredients:

For Marination:

Fish Fillet 4-5

Salt 1 tsp

Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

Other ingredients:

Corn flour 2 tsp

All purpose flour 2 tsp

salt to taste

pepper 1 tsp

Red chilli to taste

Green onion 2 tbsp

garlic cloves 4-5

Tri Color Bell Pepper ( Red, Green, Yellow) 1/2 cup each

Garlic - chilli sauce

soy sauce


Direction:


1. Cut the fillets into equal size cubes and Marinate fish for 10-15 minutes with given ingredients.

2. In a bowl take flours, salt , pepper and red chilli , add little water and make a paste ( not too thick nor thin),

3. dip the fish cubes into it and deep fry.

4. In a wok take 1-2 tsp oil and saute garlic , green onion and bell peppers .

5. Add soy sauce to it and cook it for 2 minutes. add fried fish to it and let it mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Garnish it with coriander, lemon slices .

Serve hot with green chutney.
