Kadhai Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken 250 gm

Onion 2 (chopped roughly)

Tomatoes 2 (chopped roughly)

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Garm Masala 1 tsp

Meat Masala 2 tsp

Salt To taste

Red Chilli 1 tsp

Green Chilli 1-2

Yogurt 2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder 1 tsp

Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup

Black Pepper 1 tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Coriander (for garnishing)

Ginger ( For Garnishing)

Direction:

1. Wash the Chicken for about 5-7 times and remove the skin. In a pan/ kadhai take onion and chicken and let it cook for 5 minutes, add Turmeric, Salt, Red chili and cook for 5-7 minutes.

2. Now add oil, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic paste, coriander and yogurt and again cook for 5-7 minutes.

3. Add rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish it with Large Sliced ginger, lemon slice and coriander leaves.
