Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  1. Jasmine green tea 5 tea bags

  2. Boiling water 6 cups

  3. honey 4-5 tbsp​

  4. Fresh mint 1 small bunch

Direction:

  1. Take 1 cup of boiling water in a pan and add tea bags to it, then . Strain out and discard water, reserving tea leaves in pan.

  2. Add remaining 5 cups boiling water to tea and let steep 2 minutes. Stir in honey (to taste) and mint sprigs and steep 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve in small heatproof glasses.
