Ingredients:

Gram flour 2 cups

Flour 2 cup

Oil 1 tablespoon

Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin 1/2 teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon

Onion 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger 1/2 teaspoon

Green Coriander 1/2 teaspoon

Kasoori methi 1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves chopped2

Direction:

Ina large bowl mix all the ingredients and knead the soft dough.

Flatten the dough and roll gently into a disc and cook it on tawa or in pressure cooker like ( Naan).
