Ingredients:
Tilapia Fish Fillet 2-3
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Red chilli 1 tsp
turmeric powder ½ tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
curry leaves 10
capsicum ½ cup ( julians)
Red Bell Pepper ½ cup ( julians)
Onion ½ cup ( julians)
Tomatoes ½ cup ( julians)
Direction:
Cut the fish fillet into medium sized pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk along with egg and curry leaves, dip the pieces into it and then coat with crumbs.
Grease the tawa with butter and cook fish from both sides until it gets golden brown or evenly cooked.
Add capsicum, tomatoes, onions in a sauce pan and sauté for a minute.
Place the saute veggies and fish in serving dish and garnish with spring onions and lemon slice and serve hot.
