Afghani Korma

Ingredients:

Mutton 1 kg Onion 2 large

Tomatoes 2-3 large Red chilli powder 1 tsp salt to taste water 4-5cups red chilli 2 long Meat Masala 1 tbsp

Plain Yogurt 1 Cup

Direction:

In a pan take mutton, water ND salt and cook it for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile in an other pan take 2 tsp oil AND add onions. cook till it changes color to golden brown add 2-3 spoons of water. It will give the nice color. Take out the mutton from water( don't throw the water) and add it to onions with red chilli in it. Cook it Now after adding curd long red chilies, mix well.Add Tomatoes and cook for 5-7 Minutes. Add water saved earlier ND bring it to boil. Add masala ND cook for 15-20 minutes until mutton gets soft.

Garnish with lemon slice & coriander.
