Butter Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

Rice 3 cup

Ghee 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Hung curd ½ cup

Cashew paste ¼ cup

Red chili 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Biryani Masala 1-2 tbsp

Tomato puree 1 cup

Fried onions ¼ cup

​Salt to taste

Mint leaves ¼ cup

Fresh coriander ¼ cup

Direction:

  1. In a bowl take hung curd, 1 tbsp of Biryani Masala and add, chicken, paste, puree and all ingredients except Rice, Mix all well.

  2. In an another pan add 1 tbsp of ghee, 3 cup basmati rice & fried onions, mint , coriander leaves and full cream 2 tbsp . Add a layer Mixed ingredients, mint, coriander, add food color / saffron. Seal the pan with dough after placing live charcoal in a small bowl with 3 cloves and ghee. It gives the smoky flavor.

  3. Seal it and cook it for about 15-20 minutes on a low flame.

  4. Garnish it with onion rings, lemon slices.
